Graduation of My 2010 Friends

Colton :)
Will and Shaylie
Maarja
Noelle and I watching the graduates

I went to Sky View High Schools graduation to see some of my good friends graduate. Its wild to me that a year ago that was me. I feel so much older now and they all looked so little. Its also crazy to think they are all now at the same stage as me, college going young adults :)

LDV Idaho Tour

Latter Day Voice Tour 2010 was one of the greatest things I have been able to do in a long time. How great it is to be with so many amazing people, who love the gospel, and love to perform.

Who knew Idaho could be so beautiful?
They call this the Niagra of the West.
I always thought Idaho was a bunch of dirt with potatoes growing...
I wouldn't mind living in Idaho :)

A potato cellar. That place blew my mind. We got to walk on a 18 feet high pile of potatoes. We also sang in an empty one, where the echoing was crazy. What a neat thing to do. I will never forget that.

We all got awards for something in LDV. I got a little nervous for mine... but it wasn't too bad. "The best laugh that makes the sun come out" or something like that :)

The Family Night Talent show. My and my band, "Band Awesomeness" did an improv song about Bro. Salmond leading the band with a spatuala
We had to set up the stage everywhere we went, making all 60 of us, official movers. The speakers were really heavy and became slightly scary when headed down stairs. But me, nor my strong bud Taneesa ever dropped one.
Muscles!

Two of my favs, Rebecca and Kelseie. Rebecca was the president of LDV and broke her foot two weeks before tour. What a treat to carry her around everywhere :) Such a good sport and great leader.

My two bestie girls, Missy and Whitney. I love those girls with every ounce of my heart.

This kid is the greatest guy I have ever met! He is next years LDV President! Yay for Matt! Love that guy!

Finals Week

Finals week is always a crazy stressful time. Its nice to get with some friends, throw around the pig skin, and get your mind off the crazy school work for a moment. I love these people!

Special Needs Institute

One of the neatest experiences I have had this school year at USU was being apart of Special Needs Institute. Those kids are incredible, and the spirit was always so strong. I got a little teary eyed saying good bye, but know that we will all still be friends in this lifetime and the next. I'm so grateful for this amazing experince

Cleaning the Sink!

There is this crazy tradition in Logan at this little restaurant called "Angies". I decided since I've lived here for almost 2 years, and was hard up on an activity for my friends birthday, we should partake in the enthralling tradition...

Step One: Show up at "Angies", get a table, and have everyone give you at least 2 dollars. (Car Change is quite acceptable, as was for our group who made 9 dollars with just simple quarters)

Step Two: Request "The Sink" and choose 3 toppings. (Of course, since its Williams birthday, he was the chooser. He choose Reeses, Carmel, and Chocolate).

Step Three: Take a picture with the sink, before beginning the adventure.

Step Four: Do not get distracted by the ease you might think this feat is, due to your hunger and the number of participants. That sink is deep... deeper than you think.

Step Five: Eat Eat Eat Eat! Don't stop! (It might help to play some Hercules music in the background).

Step Six: Sit back, relax, and view the major accomplishment you have just... well... accomplished

Step Seven: Give the prize winning sticker that says "I cleaned the sink at Angies" to the Birthday boy. :)

And there you have it. We cleaned the sink at Angies!

Old Friend

It is so crazy to think it has been almost four years since I lived in my favorite state Arizona. The friends I had there seem to be my friends regardless how much time goes. It seems we always simply pick up where we left off. This weekend my old friend Brittney came up and spent the night. It was so good seeing her, catching up on each others lives, and laughing it up :)

Freeze

Here are just a few pictures from one of my favorite games called "Freeze". We played it with Latter- Day Voices for an activity. I could seriously play this game for hours :)
