My Brother is basically 15!!!

Today we had a delightful dinner for my brothers birthday. He is getting so old. And yes, I finally admit it, he is taller than me. But no, I refuse to admit that he can beat me in a wrestling match... I'm buff. Here's some pictures of me and my favorite brother on earth!!!

HOWL 2010

This weekend was USU's crazy Howl... also known as the largest Halloween party in Utah. Tons of friends came up from BYU and BYU-I that I haven't seen in forever. It was so good to see these cute kids from PA. My favorite part was going to see "We The Kings", an amazing band that is huge with hits such as, "Check Yes Juliet", "Secret Valentine" and "We'll be a Dream." It was so fun jumping around and screaming out those lyrics. Such a fun night. I sure am a fan of Utah State :) I was just telling my mom today, gee whiz, I think I'm becoming an Aggie. I never thought that would happen!!! But yes, some Aggie pride is burning through my skin.

A Spooky LDV Party

Oh, how I love crazy choir people that dress up like insane things!!!! This is my second year of LDV, and my second halloween party with these crazy people. I tried to come up with something genius this year, but the best I could think of that was cheap for my college going self was a hawaiian girl. Lame, I know, especially compared to dumbo and a bumble bee.

I love these kids and had a blast eating soup and bread, bobbing for apples, and simply visiting. Here are some pics of the tight costumes.

Barn Dance

Our ward had what they call their annual barn dance :) So cute. The barn was adorable, the music fun, and the people great. I didn't have any barn clothes, but many dressed up. We had a fire outside the barn with hot dogs, smores, and some yummy chili. That was so nice of the bishop to work so hard to put it together. Here are some pictures of us being in the barn :)

Utah State University!!!!



This is the first time in 17 years that USU has come of conqueror to BYU. Not that I really care that much, but it is still fun to see all the wild fans and how much everyone does seem to care!!! After the win, a mass of blue and white shirts (yes, utah state is blue and white too) ran on the field, jumped up and down, and sang our school song. Yes, I was one of the crazies. After, we got a picture on the field. There we are, the night USU beat BYU, lets see if that ever happens again! Ha ha ha! Just kidding crazy Aggie fans, don't shoot me.

Rachel Bowe, How I love thee

Yesterday I was able to see one of my favorite people, Rachel Bowe. She was up in Logan, visiting the temple with some family, and called me to come over. Although I only saw her for an hour, it was great to catch up with her, hear about her life, bask in the beauty of the temple, wander around and take pictures, and reflect on good times :) I sure love this girl and hope I will be seeing her again soon.
